Privacy Note
Last updated June 2026
The Vertium keeps things deliberately simple. This note explains what happens when you join our list. It is written to be read, not endured.
What we collect
Only your email address, and only when you choose to give it to us by joining The Vertium Letter. We do not ask for, or collect, anything else.
How we use it
- To send you The Vertium Letter, our curated dispatch, a few times a season.
- To open membership and curated stays to our list first.
We never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Your email is held by MailerLite, our email provider, who process it on our behalf under their privacy and data-processing terms. We confirm every subscription with a double opt-in email, so you are only added once you say yes.
Your control
Every Letter carries a one-click unsubscribe. You may also ask us to show you, or permanently delete, the data we hold about you at any time, by writing to the address below. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data.
Contact
Write to us at hello@thevertium.com and a person, not a queue, will reply.
